The Wildling world is full of possession, mysticism and lost humanity as our heroes discover masks with special gifts. be it a hero's journey or a descent into madness, every wildling has a unique story to tell. With many wildlings yet to even exist,

THE ROADMAP
LAUNCH
- We'll begin the journey with 20 genesis Wildlings on Opensea, fixed at 0.44E + alocated pre-sale + some bids
BATCH DROPS
- Part of what we think makes Wildlings special is that we imagine and create them one by one in a collaborative way, carefully trying to maintain the Wildling world while also making them high quality and unique. Of course this takes some time and so we will be dropping in small batches over the course of several months. We think this longer time frame for release, at least relative to the world of NFTs, will be a great way for us all to share a creative journey together. We aim to create several Wildlings per month until we reach the end of the journey
PHYSICAL REWARDS
- We are already in the research and design stage of both the playing card and book rewards. These won't be fully announced until those reward targets are met, although we will be sharing some designs on twitter and instagram as we lead up to them

100
- We really enjoy working together and having learned more and more about decentralisation and crypto this year too, we're very excited about what we're going to be able to do down the line, so rest assured we will be announcing our next project once we've released 100 Wildlings. Our hearts are fixed on developing our artistic skills along with our technical skills and so the next few years are looking very interesting. Having created 35 Wildlings together now we realise we're creating a unique IP and brand that can expand into more than we initially thought. Our technical skills have also improved since starting this journey, as well as our relationship and ability to collaborate well, so without wanting to confirm anything yet, we do have some big plans for the future. We now look at this initial investment in a Wildling as the funding of this larger plan with rewards also exceeding the 100% roadmap on execution.
WHO ARE THE WILDLINGS?
At the core, a Wildling is a lost being, searching for a path in a strange land. Adopting the mask as a form of protection, identity, power or in some cases royal or spiritual status. Here we find corrupted beings with otherworldly spirits growing from within. Beings that wear masks long enough to become possessed by them. Strange, lost wildlings without a clear path. Calm enlightenment in the depths of darkness and Alchemy so powerful it turns its very caster into metal. Some beings so long gone to the depths, they've learned to master it and stay as kings and queens... as deities even. Yes, there is a bleakness, but within it signs of warmth and comfort and always a glimmer of hope and joy. A Wildling is just wild spirit, looking for safe harbour, but a casualty of the journey there.

THE TEAM
We are Kåro and Ruben.
We've admired one another's work for a while and really wanted to try and make something together. After seeing some exciting potential with NFTs this year, we thought it was the perfect platform for collaboration. One thing lead to another and we ended up in the thralls of making an entire collection. It's been a great opportunity to put our skills to the test and try and build a bridge between our art styles with something entirely new, but also something that takes from both our visual languages and at the same time being really inspired by the collectibles that emerged this year. And so here we are with Wildlings.
